Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-10
These terms govern your access to and use of the errorbar platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
errorbar provides an OpenAI-compatible inference API, dedicated GPU endpoints, and related tooling, billed from a prepaid wallet on a per-token basis. We may update or improve the service over time.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, your API keys, and all activity under them. Keep your credentials secure and enable two-factor authentication where available. You must be able to form a binding contract and use the service in compliance with applicable law.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, generate abusive or harmful content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, or exceed the rate limits and quotas applied to your account.
Billing
Usage is drawn from your prepaid wallet at the rates shown in the product. Top-ups are processed by Stripe. Charges reflect metered usage and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Availability & liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, errorbar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse of the service. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
